Shows with the help of statistical data  that interestingly larger numbers of women are entering the judicial career in Portugal, occupying  responsible positions in the courts at all levels, since 25th April change in political life. Concludes that in practice nothing prevents men and women from sharing the same professional responsibilities, enriching thereby the social life.
