Resumen

 

Abstract: This article deals with the issue of the so-called “third-party ownership” of professional athletes, discussing whether these arrangements reduce the athlete to a mere commodity and which should be the answer given by the sports institutions (mainly FIFA) to this phenomenon: to regulate or to ban it?
