O crime e o trabalho de individuação do acontecimento no espaço midiático
Abstract
Este artigo faz uma leitura de um crime intensamente noticiado pela mídia brasileira,o assassinato de uma jovem de 15 anos por seu ex-namorado, procurando refletir sobre sua inscrição sócio-cultural e sobre o trabalho de construção midiática do acontecimento. Embora pouco discutido sob este ângulo, o crime se inscreve numa sequência de assassinatos de mulheres por seus ex-companheiros, configurando, portanto, um problema de gênero.Na análise da cobertura midiática, privilegiou-se a abordagem do processo de individuaçãodo acontecimento, conforme discutidopor L. Quéré, que inclui várias fases: categorização,narrativização, expressão pragmática,inscrição como problema público e normalização.
