CILECT Asia-Pacific (CAPA) Conference Special Issue Vol. 10 No.1 - 2025!

The CILECT Asia-Pacific (CAPA) Conference Valleys Deep, Mountains High, hosted by Griffith Film School, September 2023, focused on the joys and challenges of Animation production —its peaks and troughs. The Conference Chairs were keen to explore the breadth of applications for contemporary animation as it represents self and community, engages with emerging technology, provides insight and assistance across fields as varied as education, health and sustainability, etc, etc. And of course we wanted to shine a light on the vibrancy of production produced within our south-east Asia and Pacific region. Papers were also welcomed from beyond the Asia-Pacific, as we profiled research and researchers mining the rich vein of what is today a ubiquitous and multifaceted discipline.
