Fashion Law is a new growing area of law that aims at giving a legal answer to the problems of the fashion sector, which comprises legal questions related to intellectual propriety, fundamental rights or tax and economic matters, among others. Based on the recent research project of the author:“Law and Fashion: a study on the law of fashion in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries”, the present articles aims at showing the relevance of the right of protecting one’s image - a personality right connected to the development of human personality and psychological integrity - as part of the fashion law.
