Abstract:

This article aims to explore the boundaries of responsibility in the law, taking civil and criminal responsibility as a starting point and restorative justice as a limit.

For this purpose, it endeavours on an analysis of the coincident and different elements of those two forms of responsibility, so that it becomes possible to understand the role and the meaning of restorative justice in the attributive level of legal responsibility.
