Keeping up with the latest working time case law
Abstract
This text seeks to describe and analyse the legal framework and the criterion, set by the most recent case law of the Court of Justice of the Union, concerning the working time.
Following this purpose, it is composed of an introduction; the main legal instruments and some brief closing remarks, highlighting how de Court of Justice´s case law is causing some countries to change their Law. As follows:
