Compliance Empresarial e (Des)igualdade de Género nos Conselhos de Administração
Abstract
The institute of corporate governance and compliance is in constant development with the aim always being the good management of society. The existence of these institutes is clear from the constant need for transparency, ethics, and trust among all those interested in the company.
In this work I will study the importance of these institutes and what role they will play in mitigating the risks of illicit activities and the preponderant role in creating (compliance) programs that combat the gender inequality that still exists on boards of directors. Therefore, we will carry out a normative analysis of the existing Resolutions and Laws that are in line with the attempt to combat gender inequality, and we will try to understand what must be done so that this contrast between genders ceases to exist.
