Abstract

As we write these lines, times of pandemics, to which a new crisis will surely be grappling, it seems to us that the Portuguese criminal law system will soon face new legislative changes. Therefore, we believe it is appropriate to mention two documents that could speed up such revisions and which are precisely the ones we have mentioned by title.
