Currículo e multiculturalismo: reflexões para a formação de educadores
Abstract
Este artigo é resultado da pesquisa docente vinculadaao Programa de Pós-Graduação - Mestrado
em Educação - UCDB. Tem como objetivo compreender
a reflexão dos professores e professoras
da educação básica sobre o currículo escolar e, a
partir dos resultados, fazer algumas ponderações
sobre a necessidade da formação multicultural.
Inicialmente apresentamos uma abordagem sobre
a reflexão do docente e destacamos as diferentes
abordagens acerca do currículo escolar ao longo
da história da educação. Em seguida caracterizamos
a reflexão dos educadores em relação ao
currículo e finalizamos enfatizando a necessidade
da formação multicultural.
