Inovações Tecnológicas e a Expansão do Ensino Superior no Brasil
Abstract
Este estudo trata do processo de inovação tecnológica e da expansão do ensino superior no Brasil. Sintetiza algumas questões que envolvem a aprendizagem humana e abordagens interdisciplinares que estão relacionadas com os processos de aquisição do conhecimento. Apresenta dados da expansão da educação superior e da criação da Universidade Aberta do Brasil, mostrando suas vinculações com o processo de convergência tecnológica. Busca, nos dados atuais sobre a educação superior brasileira, compreender como a educação mediada pelas tecnologias digitais (educação a distância) reestrutura formas de acesso de jovens e adultos ao mundo seletivo da cultura universitária.
