"In this Volume, we were fortunate to receive contributions from various sectors of academia and the judiciary, throughout the different sections of the Journal. In the first section, the Guest Authors Section, we find two texts by Judges from the Porto Court of Appeal, which illustrate the strong ties between the Academy and the Court, and reflect the fruitful discussions held during the Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Conference that took place in June 2024.
