Linhas Orientadoras da Política Linguística Educativa da UE
Abstract
Em vários documentos-chave (recomendações, planos de acção, quadros, pesquisas/estudos, relatórios, directivas e comunicações), sobre política educativa (PE), política linguística (PL) e política linguística educativa (PLE) (tomadas de decisão em relação ao ensino das línguas num Estado, nos contextos formais de educação e nos contextos informais), principalmente os publicados a partir das Cimeiras de Lisboa (ou Estratégia de Lisboa, lançada em 2000) e Barcelona (2002), emanados da Comissão das Comunidades Europeias (CCE), do Comité Director da Educação do Conselho da Europa (CDECE), da Divisão das Políticas Linguísticas (DPL) e do Centro Europeu para as Línguas Vivas (CELV), a União Europeia (UE) tem vindo a veicular linhas orientadoras sobre o ensino/aprendizagem das línguas no mesmo espaço económico e sociopolítico. Neste artigo vamos passar em revisão alguns documentos oficiais da UE de referência que explicitam essas mesmas linhas orientadoras, procedendo à sua apresentação.
