Nesta obra, a autora leva-nos para um ponto nevrálgico de reflexão – a decisão na escola. O problema da educação é pensado a partir dos seus actores. Deslocar a decisão para a escola, fugindo à lógica burocrática dos gabinetes, aumenta a responsabilidade de quem decide e faz apelo a uma elevação da sua formação.
