Vincent Defourny (Belgique) est le directeur du Bureau de liaison de l’UNESCO à Genève. En tant que représentant de l’UNESCO auprès des Nations Unies à Genève et d’autres organisations internationales, il apporte l’expertise de l’UNESCO dans la mise en oeuvre de l’Agenda 2030.
