Abstract
La profesión docente está en el centro de las miradas en estos tiempos de elevada complejidad social. El profesorado estáviviendo relevantes cambios en su profesión y, por lo tanto, es lícito revisar cómo se produce su aprendizaje, cómo se desarrolla la profesionalidad docente, cómo se adapta a los cambios, cómo se genera su identidad y cómo gestiona la complejidad. Todos estos elementos implican múltiples dimensiones de análisis y una considerable variedad de aproximaciones temáticas.
